The Delhi Farms project, valued at a reliable midpoint of ₹8 crore, spans 9,450 sq.ft. and includes 6 spacious 2BHK furnished units (1,200 sq.ft. each) with servant rooms, spacious studio apartments, and reserved stilt parking. Located opposite Mall of Dehradun and near the Indian Institute of Petroleum on the Dehradun–Haridwar Expressway, it offers connectivity and long-term investment value.

Properties are available exclusively via the Aawas Yojana Android App and the Aawas Yojana iOS App under the slot-based booking system. Winners receive full legal ownership with all duties paid, and results are live-streamed for transparency.
