World Earth Day Quote 2025

World Earth Day Quote 2025
“The Earth Day, on April 22, is a call for action towards a climate-resilient future for humanity and everyone on the planet. In 2025, with its theme of “Our power our planet”, the path forward is clear: decarbonise, decentralise, and democratise energy. From accelerating renewable energy adoption to expanding smart grids, storage, and energy access, the future lies in what we generate and how we innovate and act. Fossil fuels may have been the driving force in the past, but the future has to belong to wind, solar, hydro, clean hydrogen and many more renewable sources. Industries, across each and every sector, have a critical role to play: adaptation of green manufacturing and low-to-zero carbon technologies, empowering human resources on sustainability, and participating in and promoting climate action. This is when we need the industries to take the lead with purpose by decarbonising operations, embracing circular practices, and investing in innovative clean and green energy. Achieving this transformative vision is well within our reach when industries, academia, governments, and communities unite their strengths. Let us rise to the challenge and use our power wisely, collectively, and urgently for the planet we call home.”
